How can I track my order?
After you have placed your order and received your confirmation email. A separate email will be sent for shipping confirmation with your order's tracking number. If it has been longer than two business days since you placed your order and you have not yet received a tracking number, we encourage you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be quick to assist you!
When will my order ship?
If you made your purchase Monday - Friday before 12:00 PM EST your order will ship out the same day or the next day. If you have purchased after 12 PM EST your order will be shipped the following business day. Otherwise, if you purchased during Saturday or Sunday or a holiday your order will not be shipped until the next business day.
Once your purchased product has left our warehouse you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
What happens after I place an order?
After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You can keep tracking of your order status by creating an account. After your order status has changed to "shipped" you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order and your package has shipped we will be unable to make any changes.
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.
How long until my order arrives?
Depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout your order time will vary. Complementary shipping ships in 2-5 business days after the order has been processed. Priority shipping ships in 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. Overnight shipping ships in 1 business day after the order has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for an order to be processed.
Can you ship my order when I am home?
Yes, if you want your order to require an authorized signature and be delivered while you are home. In order to add-on a shipping service such as "Signature Required" contact us before placing your order!
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, Modern Belt Co. has customers all around the world. We take pride in sending our products to almost anywhere that has an address or P.O. box. The shipping rate is provided at checkout for International Orders. The shipping rate we provide does not include potential charges from customs. Your local government may charge a VAT and/or customs duties in addition to our shipping rate. The support team here at MBC is eager to address any questions you may have. How long do international orders take to ship?
When placing an order internationally please allow 1-4 weeks until you receive the product. We’ll provide you with the tracking information within 1-2 business days. You will received a “shipped” notification via email that will include your tracking number. The tracking number may take a few days until it becomes active. Once your order has been shipping, MBC is no longer responsible for any losses or damages. It is the client’s responsibility to stay up to date on the tracking information and contact your local carrier or the United States Postal Service to monitor your order’s delivery. MBC will help you to try and recover a lost item, but cannot offer a replacement or refund if the item is not returned successfully. Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Modern Belt Co. cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for custom clearance. Although this is infrequent.
Though we will provide you a shipping cost at checkout, this does not include any import taxes, VAT, or fees charged by your local customs authority. Unfortunately, MBC does not cover any import taxes, VAT, or fees charged by your local customs due to the varying prices. Please note that this fee is not produced by MBC, but by your local government. If you are unsure of international taxes and duties regarding your order we recommend you contact your local customs office. What is your return policy?
MBC allows returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the order is domestic and result of an error on our end we’ll also pay the return shipping cost. (e.g. incorrect belt size, defective item). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping any returned items back to our office. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of original purchase date. Please note that returned items must have been purchased directly from the Modern Belt Co. website and be in unused and re-sellable condition. If the product being returned is damaged or altered it may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Accommodations can be made for gifts.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item contact us via email at email@example.com. Items that are unworn, unsoiled, and in re-sellable condition may be returned. In the email subject please provide the reason for return and the original order number.
How long until I receive my refund?
The typical refund time is ten to fifteen business days. After we have received the returned item(s) and process your return we will promptly refund you. Please allow your bank (financial institution) 5-10 business days to process our refund request.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving the return.
Where's my tracking number?
After your order status has changed to “shipped” you will be notified via email. This email should contain your order’s tracking number with it.
*International Shipping – may take a few days after order status has changed to “shipped” before your tracking number will become active.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change something in your order please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. After your package has shipped, we are unable to make any further changes.
